We have a strict cancellation policy and require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Your appointment time is set aside specifically to support your care, and when an appointment is missed or cancelled late, it limits our ability to offer that time to another patient who also needs support. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full appointment fee.
Our facility is located on the second floor in a building with no elevator, so please consider this when scheduling in-person appointments. If you need ground floor or elevator access in order to access in-person treatment, please see our recommended practitioners denoted with the symbol ^ on our referrals page.

Please book an Inquiry Call prior to a private Initial Visit. Initial intake and treatment using comprehensive Integrative East-Asian medicine. Care may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, photobiomodulation, nutritional therapy, and/or lifestyle recommendations.
Return Patient Appointments - In Person
Established patients inactive for 6+ months, please book an Initial Visit or an Intensive Return Visit. Treatment with Integrative East-Asian Medicine may include acupuncture, moxibustion, non-insertive acutherapy, photobiomodulation, and/or herbal medicine consultation where applicable.
